Upama actually originates from southern India but we added a marathi touch to it .

This includes onion ,curry leaves ,ginger ,tomato ,chillies which are finely chopped .
This is once again a traditional recipe & a treat to sweet toothed people with added nutritional value as we use superior quality kesar & dry fruits in it.
This pakodas are the combination of three pulses which are high in protein. These tastes lovely with tamrind chutney.

It’s spicy bakery product.
It’s a lovely local dish with potatoes stuffed in bread & then fried like any other pakoda.
Gram flour dhokla is very fluffy & soft very tasty to eat with mint chutney.
The local name is Khata dhokla which somewhat tastes like idli but is garnished with black paper which adds a special spice to it.
It’s a combination of both yellow & white dhokla with green chutney.
A gujurathi speciality delicate rolls made up of gram flour & garnished with coriander & muster seeds.
A mouthwatering chat item tasty & spicy.
Mix vegetables like beet root, French beans, green peas etc make it healthy option it is shallow fried.
One more sweet corn item in our menu having a desi taste served with green chutney and tamrind chutney.
Udad dal wadas are soaked into chilled flavoured curd & garnished with cumin seed powder coriander leaves & special masala.
